1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 77cx ("77cx", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77cx website located at 77cx.club and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products, and any other features offered on the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on 77cx, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 77cx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the 77cx platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1  You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the 77cx platform. 77cx reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals.

2.2  You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 77cx platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming and betting is legal where you are located before accessing 77cx.

2.3  By accessing 77cx, you represent and warrant that (a) you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming and betting; (b) you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited; and (c) your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1  Each individual may register only one account on 77cx. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2  You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details (email address or mobile number). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly if it changes.

3.3  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77cx is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.4  77cx reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documentation may result in the suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending successful verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1  All deposits and withdrawals on 77cx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

4.2  You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. Where a third-party source is detected, 77cx reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account, and return funds to the originating payment method.

4.3  Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 77cx may request documentation to confirm your identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Processing times depend on the payment method selected; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within hours, while bank transfers are subject to standard interbank processing timelines.

4.4  Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the account cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.

4.5  77cx is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the player's payment provider, bank, or mobile money operator.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1  All bets and wagers placed on 77cx are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport, event, game, or product as set out in the relevant product rules documentation available within the platform.

5.2  77cx reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet or game round where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, system malfunction, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

5.3  In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended or closed at the discretion of 77cx at any time prior to settlement. Bets accepted in error due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or data discrepancy may be voided at the sole discretion of 77cx.

5.4  All games and betting products on 77cx carry a house edge or margin. By participating, you acknowledge that the expected return over a large number of rounds or bets is negative from the player's perspective. This is not concealed — house edge information is disclosed within individual game interfaces where applicable.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1  77cx may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the promotion is published. These terms include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions.

6.2  Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus terms take precedence over these general Terms for the purposes of any conflict relating to bonus use and withdrawal.

6.3  77cx reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Abuse of bonus systems, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion or the systematic exploitation of wagering-free promotional structures, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77cx platform:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of sporting events;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or tamper with any 77cx software or security measure;
• Engaging in any behaviour that 77cx determines, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, exploitative, or harmful to the platform or other users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1  All content on the 77cx platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and the 77cx brand name, is the exclusive property of 77cx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77cx platform for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only. No licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 77cx content is granted.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77cx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.2  The 77cx platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77cx does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

9.3  77cx is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, or from their use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1  If you feel your gaming or betting activity is becoming problematic, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in your 77cx account settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and can be set for specified periods or indefinitely.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1  77cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation; failure to complete verification; or any other conduct that 77cx determines to be harmful to the platform, its users, or the integrity of its services.

11.2  Upon account termination, any pending bets that were placed legitimately prior to termination will be settled according to their applicable rules. Remaining balances will be processed for return to the player's verified payment method after any applicable compliance review.

12. Amendments to These Terms

77cx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the 77cx platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77cx operates.
